    This is a marine sales and boat shop. I dropped my boat off for service. It was there 2 weeks had gotten a call from the office stating it would be ready on a Thursday called back to check and they said they hadn't even started on my boat. Service is rather expensive. Told them I thought it may need a tune up. Once I got my boat back it wouldn't run or stay running. Wires where hanging around the engine. Didn't do full tune up somthing apparently hapoend to my boat because before I dropped it it was running fine and never cut off on me. Stopped by one afternoon and there was 2 gentleman in the shop both drinking beer looked to be a mechanic and the owner of the shop. All around poor service and communication. And I'm positive they did somthing to my engine as it was fine before. Just sharing my experience with everyone else. We all work to hard to be treated this way. We want professional service and a shop we can rely on. Thank you for your time. I wrote a review on there social media page and all of the sudden they can respond quickly and actually state the problem. And I have tried reaching out to them several times and no one answers the phone or returns calls.All around very unprofessional.

    Customer came into the shop with complaint of engine running rough and would like everything looked over and tuned up. He was made aware we were backed up and it would be weeks to a month before we would be able to complete. We performed the tune up and fully serviced the engine as requested. Everything was performed efficiently on our end. He came to the shop after hours once we had shut down. There were several techs and staff here celebrating one of our mechanics beating his battle with cancer. We did everything that was asked of us and now we are being ridiculed for doing our job.

    Obviously if they did what they was supposed to with the boat it would have been running. There was wires hanging, a tune up requiring new spark plugs and wires not only was the wires not replaced but wasn't even hooked up , no matter what anyone celebrating they don't return calls they don't get back to you they Obviously don't do quality work on people's boats. I've talked to several people and all said the same thing. 

    could make all the excuses in the world as to why the job wasn't done right at the end of the day you run a business you want to stay in business then operate it the right way and take care of your customers. Such a waste of my time and crappy experience.  I will share with everyone.
