    This business is harassing me into renewing my gym membership and paying the fees that comes along with it. After making my last payment summer of 2023, I verbally express to the employee that accepted my final payment that I do not intend on renewing my membership, that employee acknowledged my statement and no other instructions was given. Months later I got a call from their billing department saying that I had an over due balance, I inform the agent that I told one of the employee that I had no intentions of renewing. The agent told me that I needed to write a letter to the gym in order to quit. the following year, 2024, I'm now getting harassing phone calls from bill collectors.I have no interest in renewing the membership. I prepaid for personal training that I still haven't used all of it; 13 sessions the last time I checked, they can keep the difference. I just want to be left alone.It's not as if I was still in the billing cycle and refusing to pay the remaining balance, this is a renewal/annual fee with the months that followed along with late payments, pretty much locking me in for another year because after paying the renewal fee I'm now part of the gym again and cycle repeats itself.
