    Ordered, paid, and received a pressure washer at Mayfield Ace Hardware. ****** is employee that handled transaction. Approximately 2 weeks later the pw handle stopped working completely. I drove to MAH and told ****** the pw handle stopped working. This conversation is a little fuzzy and I cant recall exactly what ****** said. But it was definitely something to the effect of ..give me a couple of days to get the problem solved I called a couple days later and spoke to ******. I asked ****** to check with ****** on status of my problem. ****** stated ****** said he left the guy a message and has not heard back . I believe another day goes by and I call and ****** is not available. Another few days go by and I had still not heard back from ******. I call MAH ask for ****** and I get ***. *** tells me I will get another new pw ordered and it will be on the truck Monday (not sure of exact dates). Be here first thing Monday morning and we will swap it out. I show up Monday. *** and ****** stated the new pw was not on delivery truck. I left the defective pw handle with ***. I get home that same day and *** calls me and says the pw WAS on the delivery truck and to come back at my convenience. I return the next day and *** claims to have fixed my original handle. *** claims it had trash in it due to me being on well water. I disagreed. None the less I take the repaired handle home. I tried using the repaired handle and it did NOT work. Cant remember how I got to the next point but I next had a face to face conversation with ****. **** gave me many reasons/excuses as to why my problem was not solved yet. **** did acknowledge the fact my pw was under warranty. A week goes by and ***** answer this time was I sent the guy an email and he hasnt responded . Few more days go by. Today I called and asked for **** and I got ***. *** says we have all tried to help you, you need to speak with ***. *** is owner. Ive wasted enough time and decided to contact the BBB
