    Where do I even start, my wife and I have been very patient with Mundy Residential. We have water damage from our AC unit still waiting to be painted and sanded properly, along with baseboards needing to be replaced. Our exterior vents arent even connected properly and our family contractor told us its a safety concern. Our floor is warped and has left lumps in our flooring and our flooring is now uneven. This isnt even the entire list! We are very patient people, we have constantly tried to work with them and either got pushed back or completely ignored. Through the entire buying process we have compromised all the way down to them putting in the wrong granite countertop color. The last fixed they did was our closet shelf where they tried blaming us for weight capacity so they wont have to fix it. I have mountains email proof of them stringing us along, where they are constantly changing the date. This goes back via text and email via July of this year. But for time purposes we upload what we have since Sept. 2. We are pretty close now to the family of the second build in Country Road Estates and they are also waiting for builder warranty repairs. Where they stated Mundy Residential Team completely ignored their warranty requests. Water damage and even leveling issues.3. Please ignore the 5 star ratings (thats family and a spouse of the builder.) How we know? She tried to be our buyers agent as well.4. I formerly worked for the Secretary of State and will be looking into the lapsed or expired contractors license. All while getting a **** estate lawyer in case it has to go that far. 5. As much as I try to like and respect Mundy my familys wellbeing and being in a safe home comes first.
