I had a terrible time with Snapper Pro out in ********* today. I took my mower up there yesterday on 7-11-24, because it had cut off on me in the middle of a lawn. Mind you the day before on 7-10-24 I had taken the mower up there for the same issue. On 7-11-24 I go to pick my mower up, they supposedly drained both tanks, cleaned the carburetor, and replaced the oil/gas filter. I go straight to the QT on Salem Rd and put gas in the left tank of the mower directly from the pump, I even used the same gas that I put in my mower in my truck. I get to my first yard and before I could make my first round around the yard, the mower shuts off. I call Snapper Pro and inform them of what's going on and they told me to bring it back up there, that was all on 7-11-24. They call me this morning on 7-12-24 to tell me that there was even more water in the tank than the first time I had originally brought the mower to them. On the phone, **** told me to come up there because he wanted to show me the gas coming out of the tank personally and wasn't to do it for free again. In my mind I thought, "You didn't do it for free the first time, we paid." Everything is under warranty, but if it's a gas issue the warranty doesn't cover it. I've brought the mower up there twice to them and it seems like they want to avoid servicing the mower under warranty by claiming a gas issue. The mechanic, ****, was terrible with his customer service and coming up with a solution to move forward. They wanted me to pay another hundred dollars to service the mower again, when on the phone he said "free". I asked him to show me the gas out the right tank, because I never put fuel in there so the fuel that was in the right tank was the gas that they used and he refused. I called my business partner to come up there, who's also a mechanic, he dealt with **** and **** refused to show him the gas out of the right tank as well. My partner checked the right side and found water in the tank **** claimed to have fix
