    I took my **************************** to have an oil change on 3/3/23 and previously on another occasion due to ***** dealership not being able to get me in. During the service I noticed that the technician was having a hard time getting the oil drain plug loose and my car was moving back and forth. After the service was performed to was noted that my oil began to leak and this wasnt an issue before having the service done. I took my car back to this location to inform them of the leak after it was noticed. One of the ladies stated to me that it was any thing that they touched after looking under the hood. At this point I noticed that no one checked underneath the car to see if the oil drain plug was stripped out they only shined a flashlight on the top of the engine. I let this dealership and went for a second opinion and was told that the oil drain plug was stripped and that the leak was coming from around it. Im very disappointed after having this serviced done because the lady told me that I would have to take my car elsewhere to get it repaired. I was referred to this location by my sister and I was very dissatisfied!!!

    We do not have a record of this customer returning with any issues. The last service or contact we had with this customer was March 3rd of 2023.
