    On 6/11/2024, I spoke with **** ******* at the listed number and confirmed he provided regrouting services. We settled on a price of $985 to regrout my bathroom floors and add a barrier in the downstairs bathroom. 6/13 **** and one other gentleman arrived to begin the floor. **** left and only the non-english speaking worker remained. I communicated with **** via text, and paid for the job being done at approx 4pm. We were told to stay off the floors for 24 hours. On 6/15 I reached out to **** and found out the old grout was never removed, as the new grout was chipping and cracking all over the place.. I sent multiple pictures of the poor job done, and he assured me someone would be back out on Monday 6/17 to fix it. Via text, on 6/17, **** confirmed the old grout will 'now' be removed and replaced with new grout. At this time, I asked for my money to be refunded until the job was complete. He refunded half of what I paid. On that same day, the gentleman worker left around noon and hadn't returned before we had to leave around 4:30pm. The floors were not complete. 6/18 they returned (this time with **** and 2 workers). Floors looked good, and they finished up that same day. 8 days later, 6/26 I sent **** several pictures of the grout again chipping and cracking and requested a full refund. He said he'd be back out again to fix it. Never heard from him again despite multiple calls and texts. 7/12, 7/15, 7/19, 8/7 I continued to reach out with no reply. On 8/8 I received a partial refund ($250) and was promised the rest would be sent by 8/19. I have not heard from him since, nor have I received any additional money. I initially asked for a partial refund, but I now want a full refund based on the horrible service and cost to redo the work because of their poorly done job.

    In short words i would like to be fully responsible for the repairs that were not taken care as the client expected. Me as the owner of my company Ebenezer Construction LLC, I would like to get this problem solve in the best way possible. As mention on the complaint letter from Ms. ******* i sent back a refund payment for the repairs. I know its been a while since this repairs took place. So if to solve this issue a full refund is wanted by the client i can refund the total payment, also subtracting the first payment i sent. I can make this payment no later than 5-30-25.
