    Ive been a customer with them for 3 years price started at $80 now she sold it to this company and now they raised to $172 they forced insurance that does not cover anything ! And now my storage is full of rats ruining my stuff ! And they refused to put lights up so we can see at night so I cant go at night afraid to of the rats ! Theyre price gouging going up almost $100 and not doing up keep on the storage ! And when you call they do not help or never respond to voicemails or emails its just poor business people Also I store personal items such as clothes and furniture and it all has rat urine and f**** and , I keep my store items that I sell and that has been chewed on by rats !I wouldve moved but Ive not been able to get a *********** was in a car accident that injured my back

    I chose this company due to them having a move in truck advertised as well as clean units and full time security. Upon moving in I was greeted with their move in truck not being license or registered with the state for over a year so not drivable. As well as the rate and due date changed several times and no one had the same information as to why. The property has failing gates that do not operate. The no contract. Move out when you please is simply false. If you move out before or after a due date youre charged the entire month until the following first. There is no prorated amount and no breaks however if youre late you can expect that late fee. Also the property is infested with rodents as Ive had to file an insurance claim currently. The property will not give you the brochure or the paperwork showing what is covered and what is not. Or what the limits to a claim can be. Also referenced to the move in truck not being available when I moved in, it is just now a month before I move out tagged registered and licensed. I asked if I could use it for move out (considering move in it wasnt an option) and Im told its only for move in and cant be used elsewhere. This company not only provides false information and withholds important details but also neglects to be considering to the needs of their customers. I moved in around November of 2022 and due to their lack of (or ignorance) to give honest information of due dates and explain the promotions when I moved in I have paid several late fees I had to pay an extra month (estimated move out was the fifth of the month) because move out was difficult with broken gates and the rat problem. I was even told by the staff no breaks are given to customers and it *****. I am not sure I want to be here much longer even as an employee. I mean is this really the business front you want not only your employees to portray but the treatment of your customers? Ill never recommend this company to anyone I know!

    I rented my parking spot from a previous owner due to the high security, great location in **********, *******, and decent rates. Since buying this facility, Blue Sky has raised my rates each of the last 2 years from $45 to $65 while online pricing shows $39 for the same parking space. For this reason, I have decided to move to another storage facility, but that is not my real complaint.When I picked up my boat today, the radio was turned on and blaring and the neighboring spots boat was well onto my area making for a hard removal. When I asked the manager if anyone ever walked the lot as they are supposed to, she said that there was someone out there now. When I inquired about the radio, she stated that she had heard it yesterday and meant to call me but forgot. There was no offer to check camera footage or to determine who had gone onto my boat. She agreed that the radio was covered so this was no accidental turn on. She totally blew me off, leaving me to think she knew who had turned the radio on, but would not fess up. Fortunately, I had enough battery left to raise my motor for transport.Seems to me there needs to be a corporate investigation and termination and or criminal prosecution of the person(s) entering my boat without my permission.

    I have been at this storage unit sice it was AAA Storage. I had been with them for years, no problems, complete satisfaction. Blue Sky took over and now my rent keeps getting raised every few months and not just a little at a time but anywhere from 20% to 25% each time, most recent went from $200 to $250 BOOM no warning!!! for a 10x20 unit. I am frustrated they are taking advantage of us and I do not understand how their expenses can be climbing at such rates. I feel this is robbery. I had another smaller unit that went from $80 to $100 and then from $100 to $125 4 months later. I got my current unit 4 months ago and already experiencing a 25% rate increase. To make matters worse, there is no direct means to contact corporate, only the local facility and they say there is nothing they can do, corporate controls the rates. This seems wrong and unethical. I feel I am being taken advantage of at a time when the very backbone of our economy could fail. I will be looking for other options.
