    They performed work on a fallen tree on our driveway of our home without our consent or any contract or quote for work they just did the work of cutting up the tree, didnt remove anything no hauling and claimed to have over 30 employee man hours for a job that took maybe 15 mins and claimed it was 33 man hours and all of this....and again we didnt agree for them to come and do the work, no agreement in place no discussion to do the work and after all this they leave no agreemetn no signature no contract no discussion about whats to come and then they bill us over $6000 dollars for a job that should of at best been a few hundred dollars. Now they are trying to get us to collections when we do not agree on the amount and of the invoice at all the work was done under emergency situation circumstances and we did not agree to have them work on our property or do any of the work at all. Not at all. Period. Fraudulent and scamming situation taking advantage of people again no one even told us they were at the house to do any work they just showed up and did it UNANNOUNCED.

    We were called and responded to trees down across a driveway due to Hurricane ******.   Again we were called to respond we don't just randomly cut trees on people's property.  We mobilzed crews of multiple trucks, cut trees out of road to get to the residence.  We have phone records of them calling the office and GPS on all trucks to prove we were there on site.  After we opened the driveway up we moved onto the next person in need.  Our priorities in all storms are to open driveways up so people can get out, emergency personnel can respond if needed, trees off houses, and to make the scene safe where we can come back for a true cleanup later.  It was 33 man hours at $150/hour which included all equipment,, trucks, chippers, saws, skidsteers, etc.   This is cheaper than most contractors at the time.  11 men from portal to portal adds up quick to 33 man hours.  Total bill was $4950. **** has now gone over $5k as interest is being applied.

    I sent an email and offered a discount in Dec removing some of the travel time to their bill of with a deadline 12/27.  Bringing their bill down to $3300 for 22 hours.  But instead they want to report to BBB.   

    In summary they called our office, we responded, we billed accordingly as same as all our other clients who are paying their storm bills as we worked on overtime, and canceled our personal lives to help them in a time of need. We have phone records and GPS to prove our defense.
