We signed up GetBalanced to do our bookkeeping and accounting for a fee of $350 per month starting June 2022. The agreement was for them to provide bookkeeping services and to provide monthly accounting reports. The last monthly report we received from Get balanced was in October 2023. However they continued to charge us for services NOT provided in December 2023, January 2024 and February 2024. We have reached out for a refund with no responese. We had also submitted our 2022 tax return documents to Get Balanced and they failed to file our tax returns. Once we engaged a new CPA, we found that the reports Get Balanced has been providing since 2022 were completely inaccurate and not a true reflection of the state of our business. We have had to incur additonal costs to correct the shody job Get Balanced did for the years 2022 and 2023. This was essential to do before we could file our tax returns. This cost us an additional $1250 to get the books for 2022 and 2022 cleaned up. We request a refund for the months they charged us but did not provide services, $1050, and for the cleanup work we had to do, $1250, so a total refund of $2300.
