  Don't use them. There is zero communication back from this company. Our neighborhood was hit in July of 2023 with a "micro burst" that took down several trees...one unfortunately ended up in our bedroom. Our neighbor worked for Samson back then and he jumped into action to "help" as many of his neighbors as possible to get their homes restored, which we though was great! Turns out, he wasn't honest about what the insurance company had approved to cover and "on his last day" requested we send him off with a check to clear the books for our account assuring us that the insurance company would be covering all that once they got everything finalized. I realize, I should not have trusted his word, now, but cannot get anyone from that office to talk with me. I left many voice mails, sent emails to the few email addresses I could find, including our neighbor's boss. We ended up overpaying over $4000 due to Samson Construction increasing prices on things after the insurance company told them what they'd cover and for things on the claim the insurance company said they were not covering. Yes, my fault for trusting him, as the insurance company was talking directly to him and we didn't get to see any of the details shared between the two of them. But, a company of integrity would respond to my calls/emails and at least "try to review" the information I sent over from our insurance company and from what their ex-employee gave us. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend my neighbor nor the company he used to work for.

  We contracted Samson Construction after having an inside busted water pipe that occurred April 12. After interviewing another company, we decided to go with them. It's June 30th and we haven't even progressed to the point of signing a contract with Samson. We should have looked at reviews first, which we normally do. However, we thought because they were owned by ******* they would know what they were doing. Our first job superintendent quit the company but never let us know. After no return phone calls from him for over a week, my husband called his cell and he informed us. When calling the office, they acted like they didn't even know we had been dealing with them. Assigned us another job superintendent who seemed to know his stuff with the promise "I'll look into this, talk with the insurance adjuster and get back with you tomorrow". This has continued for several weeks and the "tomorrows" never came. My husband always ended up calling him for an update. Apparently he never took notes because he never remembered what we had discussed or what he was supposed to look into and was at one point referring to an updated contract that had never been emailed to us. Several things were wrong on that contract, so the cycle continued. After again having to call him this week to see if any progress had been made, he said he had been snowed under with trees falling on houses from the storm earlier this week. Hope those people check these reviews! After reading them this morning on the BBB site and seeing the ** ratings, we texted him and told him we were not moving forward with them. I would definitely stay away from this company no matter what type of damage you have. Glad the work never started because it sounded like it was poor quality from the other reviews. We had enough problems just getting started.

  We had a water loss in January and had Samson complete the repairs. They were awesome. We were given a schedule and even though things changed Samson provided us with updates weekly. They replaced our carpet and engineered floors throughout the main level. ******* did a fantastic job. Samson was professional and we have been extremely pleased with the project. Thanks to ******* and ***** for great communication and for educating us on the claims process.

  They have flooded our house twice by breaking lines, then was trying to turn it in on our insurance. The same bathroom floor has been replaced 3 times and according to their own floor person has to be torn up again. The job is never manned, and when it is they manage to mess up more. We are 5 months into a 3 week job and we have more damage than we did before they started. Samson/Servpro/Ardnos, **** are one in the same. Everytime they flood your house they call in Servpro, anything sound funny to you!!!
