    This is a lightsaber prop/replica company. My order was made on September 12th of 2022. To my knowledge, the original timeframe for the order was about one year. Which, for this company and their orders on some of their products is acceptable because they are made mostly in house at their company. As of the making of this complaint, it now 937 days (roughly 2 1/2 years after the order) and no status updates. I have made contact with the company a few times and I did receive replies. One reason, was a water leak in their business that caused damage to their location. I understood. Next it was family issues. After that, they mentioned COVID as a reason for the slow down....(okay, that one I don't understand). I have emails and messages that depict our conversation. I was extremely forward with them but not harsh and did not name call them. The last communication I did receive from them was a voicemail from one of the owners pleading to understand the situation. Since I am not a terrible person, I obliged and said, "Okay, I understand but please get my product out quickly". I've exhausted my patience on this matter. My bank will not issue a refund since it is beyond a six month period from the purchase. I just simply want my order in the manner it should be in. I'm not looking to get this company in trouble but I do want my product NOW.

    This is a custom limited edition order that originally had a ***** month lead time.  Most of these **** of orders take close to the ************************************************************************************* the ****  In fact we are one of the last, if not THE LAST lightsaber company still making and manufacturing products in the ***   We are also one of the only companies in the world that still builds custom pieces in any quantity.  We are a small family owned business that was very hurt during Covid and had to significantly downsize.  Right when we were just recovering from Covid the flood happened.  It has been very difficult but we are still here and moving forward.  Yes, we are running behind.  We lost a FULL year due to a flood and subsequent landlord issues that forced us to end up having to move in order to ensure safety for our employees as there were residual safety issues from the flood.  We made the move late last year and are moving through these custom orders as quickly as we can.  I spoke to ******* right before Christmas.  We also sent out an update end of January to all of our customers letting folks know that we were moved into the new location and back rocking and rolling but also setting expecations that, we lost a full year so it was likely going to take the better part of this year to get all of these custom and limited pieces complete and shipped.  We were very transparent with our update.  When I talked with ******* after a previous complaint elsewhere. He was very apologetic, asked for forgiveness and said he would wait patiently.  We were very grateful as it has been an extremely difficult.  I do not have any way to get him his product "NOW" as he stated, as it just doesn't work that way.  He IS in the current batch of limited editions we are working on which should ship around mid to end of next month so it really isn't much longer.  I understand his frustration, and we are doing our best to catch up and get him taken care of.

    I was very surprised to see this message :(.  We have completed 12 orders for ******* over the years, including 3 orders that were made after this one.  We have always endeavored to provide the very best customer service we can.  I am so sorry he feels this way.  It always saddens us to have a customer upset.  We value each and every one of our customers.  We can only continue moving forward and working to get all aging orders delivered, while moving forward to continue crafting the best lightsabers in the Galaxy.

    I can't speak to other reviews. My experience has been excellent with *****'s Vault. This is (in my opinion) that last company in the ** that is making custom combat (meaning you actually can hold the saber comfortably in your hand {not too thick} and the weight is perfect {not a plastic toy nor a dumbbell}. The build quality is superb. This is a SMALL shop. This is not a shell company that imports cheap mass produced items from *****. If you want cheap, mass produced product . . . this is not the place to go.I do not know **** except that he actually picked up the phone and spoke with me when I wanted a custom saber. He is extensively busy, but spoke to me at length. As I ordered a custom saber..... I know it will take up to a year to get it. Small business!!!! I get it.I have ordered 3 RTS (ready to ship) sabers. The quality was excellent. It took 2 weeks for them to be shipped (again this is a small shop). They were worth the wait. I bought two new condition sabers on **** (they were one offs and superb workmanship). If want a saber now, RTS is the best route (you trade off customization... but there are a lot of choices if you check often).Do they answer the phone immediately. No. It truly is hit and miss. Do they answer e-mail immediately? No. Do they answer at a reasonable speed for a small very busy company......... Yes.My bottom line...... This is my first BBB review I have ever written. I am a 60 year old nerdy business professional that is not affiliated with Vaders Vault. I am writing this because this is the only high quality light saber custom US manufactured shop left. This is my honest experience with Vaders Vault and I strongly felt it needed to be shared.

    Purchased about a year ago in Sept. 22. I have not received one phone call , email regarding the status. I have called twice and was told nothing of relevance.
