      I have received so many threatening phone calls from this company and told that if I didnt confirm that I was who they were calling for they would call other members of my family. I was also left messages that if I didnt pay they would take legal action against me. I did my first payment today and they were supposed to send me an email confirming everything and I have yet to receive anything. I called and they said they would send it again and I still have not received anything but now when I call they ignore me. They didnt have a problem taking the money out of my account but wont send me any confirmation or anything about what I owe or what I am paying.

      I reviewed the account for Ms. ******** and I can verify that an email was sent to the provided Gmail address on 5/28/25. I will have the email resent to her today. I do apologize for any inconvenience of the email going to her junk box instead of her inbox. Again, emails will be resent today to the Gmail address that was provided.
