    Hello, I bought a condo from YNZ Properties on 8/12/22 at closing my power was not working we signed an post closing agreement that my power would be turned on. I was not able to move into my new condo until 8/26 because the new electrical box that they put in would not pass inspection. It finally passed inspection on 8/25 and I was able to move in. Now the electrical box keeps tripping and I can't use my new washer and dryer because of this issue. I have contacted the seller and realtor and they want to send out their electrician I don't trust them and I want to have my own electrician do the work so it is done correctly. I have also contacted a lawyer because this has caused me a lot of out of pocket expense.

    we apologize for the delay in reponding back to this matter. The emails were found in our Junk mail this AM. 

    We apologize if the complaint has had any inconviniece after purchasing the home from us with regards to the electrical issue. YNZ Properties develops and sells properties all year round and we use all Licenced contractors, after which an inspector ( selected by the lender) goes out to perform the inspection to let both parties know if the property is sellable. We are more than willing to send out our team to have the problem looked at and resolved. It would most likely be the same vendor who had the power box fixed in the first place and we would have warranty with them for them to go out and get the work done at a minial cost or no cost at all to us. We are more than willing to work with the complaint to resolve this matter. We cannot pay for outside vendors not selected by our business to do anywork and to pay for it since we would not be able to verify their work. This would be a liability the company cannot take up.
