    We've just received a "Payment Reminder" email from OneLine / *** Fitness (7/25/2023) claiming that we have a balance with them and that they were unable to charge our credit card on file. The issue is that me and my wife have cancelled our OneLife gym membership back in 2020 - (in person, at the gym, because this was the only way to cancel it. My card that they had on file has long expired and we have not received any emails from OneLife since 2020 (the last one I have is from 06/20/2020). My wife has just checked and noticed that they were charging HER credit card all this time (since 2020) even though I was the primary holder of the account :-(I tried contacting their customer service over the phone *************) but I'm stuck in a loop being unable to verify my profile and there seems to be no way to get a live agent on the phone. I have emailed their **************** at ****************************************** and asked to clarify why did they kept charging our card after we've cancelled the membership and will ask them to issue a refund.

    I have canceled my membership almost 12 months back , but they havent cancelled it and are deducting money from my HSA account Also during Covid also they charged even when the state has asked them to close the gym facility.I need around 600 dollars from them
