    I spoke to ***** the owner and his partner **** about grading my yard on Feb 16, 2023, in a brand new development. I did not like how the Builder graded the backyard. ***** was completing my neighbors yard and she referred me to him. ***** is a fast talking slick sales con. He lied and told me he personally knew my neighbor and had done work on her previous home. Then he said, he did work for her friends as well. Since it appeared he was doing a good job on my neighbors yard this made me trust him more and move forward, denouncing getting 2 other quotes first. Well that was a mistake I regret! I reluctantly wrote him the check that day and he cashed it that day. However, the work didn't start for 2 weeks out. Yes! there were some rainy days but there also were some very sunny days he could have started. No communication! I had to call him to inquire when would the job start. He acted as though I was bothering him, but he already spent my money! The common denominator on these reviews is that this owner is a Liar! I can confirm this! My neighbor said, she got him off ****'s list. She did not know him prior too. I thought the grading would be better. It was a poorly done job at best! **** bottled neck the drainage area. Took 2 weeks to correct it. I have a drop off where my Fence gate will be. Making it hard to install a gate there. He did not make the back yard even on one side so its awkward looking. They only used 1/2 of the yard, but for what I paid it should of been a better out come than what I was left with. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company if you need Grading done residentially! Get 2 more other quotes before you consider them.
