    There have been several issues with our Eyestream TV service. I contacted them multiple times. On August 18 I sent them 4 emails and at least 17 phone calls. The issues are still not resolved. They responded only once and was given a text book direction guide which of course we already did. And was also directed to a F&Q on ******** which obviously didn't have any information. I work hard and was told this company was upstanding for customer service. I need these issues resolved or at least the company to acknowledge the fact I've repeatedly tried to contact them. And Help with fixing said issues.

    on 7/29/2023i signed up for internet tv paid $47.07 on my debit card didn't send me a code or setup i sent text and phone calls with out a response there receipt# ****-8139 order#**** looking for my money back and letting other people about them

     My apologies for the delay, I just discovered this email yesterday. 9/13/2023

    I have done some research into this account and this is what I have found. On July 29th at 3:09 PM ****************** signed up for our Service his account was activated approximately 45 minutes later.

    On Sunday July 30th @ 2:10 PM ***************** sent a email in to customer service in regards to being able to log in. Our customer service responded to ****************** @ 6:58 PM on the same day. The sent him login details for his account. There was no further interaction. I see that he mentions calling. There is no live support. I have attached screen shots to show the correspondence between ****************** and our team. I have also attached proof that we had already gone ahead and refunded ******************** money. We have also attached a screenshot showing that he did have a active account. We certainly apologize for the misunderstanding but we believe this complaint has NO merit. There are several channels in place to support customer onboarding.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, But it was my bank who refunded me and the second photo is not me also i never received that email with a password and login that's why i tried to contact you in the first place  .
