      This is a reocuring bill that nobody seems to know exactly what to do with. There is absolutely no way to contact the Providers billing office. Nobody answers the phone and nobody ever returns calls after messages are left. The Provider on the bill *********** no longer works for the *************** (NAH&V). A year ago I was told the billing office would remove this bill from the system but once again I am receiving bills. I have made payments and this bill does not reflect any of those payments. I have attached a copy of the bill statement and the dates I made payments. The dates come directly from my bank statements. If anybody can please assist in getting a resolution to this matter it will be greatly appreciated.

      In January of 2022 I went to NAHVC for through vascular testing. I waited so long that they reinjected me with more radioactive dye. I was made to sit in the waiting room for over the 3 hour wait period and the dye supposedly wore off. I was treated poorly when I asked to used the restroom after such a long wait. Skip forward to the adding insult to injury. Since then these folks have been sending me a fraudulent bill. I provided them with the backs of cancelled checks from my bank (through bill pay) to show I have paid $750 on the $1,750.00 "balance" after insurance was filed. They continued to ignore my proof of payments and kept sending me original statements not reflecting any of my payments. After months and months of calling (with no return calls) and emails of scanned copies (requested by them and they gave me an email address of ******************* they never responded. Then eventually they "acknowledged" one payment and since have been sending me fraudulent bills. I spoke with ******* (supposed office manager) and ***** (accountant) and they said they would clear this up. It is now a year later and I just received another fraudulent bill. Called and spoke with *** and he transferred me to a recording. These folks are up to something nefarious. A lot of elderly people there and figuring they are just paying these false bills. These people are not just poor at healthcare (30 people in waiting crammed in like sardines during Covid cautions) but shady business people as well. Told them from the beginnning "Correct the bill and I will pay you in full today." They refuse to do it.
