    SCAM: unauthorized charges years after cancellation As much as Im supportive of the Ukraine cause, it saddens me to say that BetterMe is the ************* ever. I got a subscription years ago, and had the hardest time to cancel. They kept charging me, and made it very difficult to cancel. Eventually, after a lot of harassment and time wasted from my part, they cancelled my subscription. And now, years later, I see another expense from them creep up on my credit card bill out of nowhere. This is smelling a lot like a dishonest SCAM! Please stay away from this firm unless you want to waste your time and money! So sad

    Review #1:I am compelled to express my concerns about this business model, which I find deeply flawed. Please exercise caution when attempting to place an order, particularly after being enticed by a discount that seems appealing. While the membership purchase was less than $30, similar equipment can be found on platforms like Amazon at comparable prices. However, the ordering process led me to an additional page that prompted me to select more products and memberships. To my dismay, when I attempted to confirm my order, my Apple Pay was charged an extra $150 without prior notification.I do not wish to keep this equipment. I reached out to customer service within 24 hours to express my dissatisfaction. Their response was disappointing, informing me that I would have to maintain my membership for a month and complete seven workouts before I could request a refund, which they indicated was not guaranteed. This business model raises serious ethical concerns, and I believe it should be reevaluated. I am requesting a full refund.

    I concur with the two previous reviews. Like other providers of similar services, this company makes it very hard to cancel. They also don't send a reminder before the introductory price expires. I feel totally ripped off.

    Better me charged me $100 for a renewal I didnt even know was happening I signed up for a 12 week program for $12 and didnt see anything about an auto renewal and then to up it to $100 and not even notify they were charging my card feels like theft.

    BetterMe should consider sending out email reminders for upcoming payments. It would be helpful as a current subscriber to have this option and it would prevent any misunderstanding or confusion regarding payments. The subscription was not housed in my ***** subscriptions, so I didn't catch the renewal until it hit my account. Although their team was quick to respond, refunds are largely unavailable for services due to strict policies. I plan to cancel my account with them today.
