    On Sept.30th Monday morning I dropped off 1998 **** Contour for a new Altenator. Time to replace was 4 hours.10/01/2024 Called Express Oil at end of day 5:45pm, they called back a few minutes later car was not finished.10/02/2024 Called Express Oil at 4:58 pm and talked for 6 minutes regarding the Altenator connector and wires, tech wanted to shrink wrap and secure the wires. He said it would not cost extra and was confident it would be done soon.10/03/2024 Called Express Oil 1:22pm and 3:******** will be finished at end of Day. When I arrived the tech was driving my car in circles around the shop. I paid the bill in full when I got in the car there was a strong electric odor. I drove 300 yards to ******* to buy groceries when I got back it was dead, and I noticed right tire was replaced with a cheaper tire ER-800. Also noticed the steering column had been opened and damaged. Express Oil gave me a new battery, and said someone damaged the tire when lowering the carlift. I asked if the altenator was working correctly and they said yes but this was a lie. The manager told me the battery died because someone left the light on, again this was a lie. 10/04/2024 Car is dead 7:00am and Altenator not charging. I called the company they said they would call back. Hours later I called again and asked should I buy a new battery. They said no they would come out and fix the car in a few hours. They never came. The technician texted me, regarding adding a battery kill switch to the car. I called again and the manager changed his story, to say my tire was worn out ( even though I have proof it was new) and manager said that my entire wire harness was fried which is a lie. He then said my car had a parasitic battery leak another lie. And he would charge me more to fix it if I could find a way to bring it in. He also said he would add a Kill Switch for free, he never did. Express Oil left me with a dead car, dangerously wired.
