      Nextgen does my pest control , I ask them to add bed bug service which I pay an extra ***** per month for, Because the person I spoke to failed to mark the little box now they say I dont have the added service, I would not agree to pay that much for pest control only, I know you can get it cheaper I asked for the bed bug service , I believe 100% the person I spoke with failed to mark the box. I have called 4 times trying to speak to a manager and to no avail! Thank you!

      I paid $1500 for removal of pests and rats - neither happened. I had zero results. They caught nothing and both insects and rodents still dwell in my home. The efforts made by this company were *********** minimum and the customer service was unprofessional.
