  I had a very good experience from **************** for the installation of a new 50 gal gas water heater. I had a leak in my 17 year old tank and Azerplumb LCC was prompt to respond to see if it was an emergency situation. Within 2 days a new tank was installed and everything is working well. The work was professionally done. The prices are excellent. The owner of the company is very responsive and followed up immediately on quesitons that I had. I highly recommend this company for plumbing services that you may need.

  Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. I had several different companies out to look at the work and this was the easy and obvious choice after I met with the technician, who also happened to be the owner. Very professional, took the time to explain everything to me, and also very fair on pricing. When I submitted the service request, I had someone (again, the owner) out to my house the same day to make sure I was taken care of. I could not recommend this company more!

  Nima extended our internal gas line to the exterior for outdoor natural gas for grill/fire pit etc... **** was extremely professional, very clear in his communication from first visit for an estimate, doing the work, and upon completion. Very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Would highly recommend!

  Excellent customer service. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Tech answered all my questions, did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. I will recommend AZERPLUMB to all my friends and family. Thank you for such good service. The young lady in the office was outstanding too.

  Nima and ***** did an amazing job changing our water heater, they were quick to respond since our water heater broke and we didn't have hot water. They took their time to make sure all parts were properly fitted and installed and were very clear with instructions on how to use the new water heater. They also installed a new garbage disposal and we are very happy with their services. Definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues.

  ****, the owner, is very professional. He was very timely and notified me when he was on his way to our home. He is very detail oriented, customer focused and cleans up the work area before leaving. Our job was permitted and he handled the details with the city inspector. Nima was an excellent communicator throughout the project. Answered questions in a respectful manner (not condescending like others). His pricing is very competitive.   I've used Azerplumb twice in the last month. Once for a sump pump replacement and once for a toilet ****** issue. Superior skill set and affordable pricing are two of the qualities that were immediately evident. Other plumbers were going to charge much more for the sump pump replacement, and the finished job that Azerplumb provided was excellent in quality and price. Both the sump pump and the toilet ****** had been incorrectly installed originally. So, not only were the current issues fixed, the original errors were corrected, and the resolutions were explained in great detail. I will be calling Azerplumb for any and all plumbing needs in the future.****************** (Cumming)
