Contacted Absolute ********* originally in December 2022 to service our pool and make sure everything was working properly. make sure everything was working properly. The company sent **** and he came out for the service. I paid $166 for the service. When he was done, he gave me his cell phone number and told me if we ever needed anything I could call him directly and he would charge less during his off hours rather than going through the company.Just a couple weeks later in January, we started having additional problems with the pool equipment. I called **** he came back out and said they were unrelated to the first service call and charged me $250 and asked me to pay via Venmo. Another week or so went by and we started to have more of the same issues and problems with the equipment and automation. **** came back out and charged me $100 via Venmo for the trip. After another month, same problems recurred and he charged me another $250. Between the original charge of $166 and the $600 additional charges to **** i have paid over $700 for service that is still not right. I have left two voicemails for the company and multiple text messages to **** to have my pool fixed and now they have stopped responding. I would highly recommend anyone in the greater North Atlanta area NOT USE ABSOLUTE POOL CARE. These issues should have all been covered under the first or second trip and they definitely took advantage of me and the situation.
