Mr. **************************** owner of Rezcom, was our ***********, **. residential pool cleaning service provider for several years. He personally requested I begin prepaying for service as it would help him and I would be given a great rate. I did prepay and did so without issue several times. However, I decided to sell my home and listed around the same time the next prepay was due. I used 2 months of service and fortunately sold quickly. Of course I emailed Rezcom owner, *************************** before the home went on the market and was clear with my plans. They did a great job keeping the pool beautiful through the sale process. and I have zero negative comments regarding the care. (especially from his Tech **** who was very helpful). Sold the home in April, wrote this complaint end of Sept. 2023. I do have multiple texts from *************************** assuring me he would send me the funds asap, either by ***** or check. I began waiting early May 2023 and sent my first text requesting my money early July.. The first response text from *************************** was the excuse he had forgotten and would send ASAP. Second text in late July had the excuse of being on vacation and would send payment to me ASAP. Third text in late August held excuse of several health issues within his family and he would take care of my return ASAP. I waited until September 19, 2023 and texted him asking what was his intent, that question did not get a response. ****** learned here is never prepay for services with Rezcom, you will not get your monies back. Written 9/23/23. Prepaid $1250.00 for 6 months monthly service. I Received 2 months of cleaning service and am owed 4 months. $833.33 refund/return.

I have found out that my pool service company has been scamming us. They told us we had a leak in our pool about 4 years ago. They said they could not find a leak detector person to come out to decipher where the leak was. There were lots of excuses, mainly covid, hard to find people, and on and on. So they did our service (chemicals only and cleaning) but did not keep the equipment properly serviced. They had no idea what was truly wrong with the pool. My husband was dealing with them and was too busy to research anything and trusted them. Since I took over the pool care I confronted the owner , *****. His cell phone is ************. He all of a sudden said he would have someone out to look at my pool and he gave us a bid of around $5,000. I fired them immediately. I asked them why all of a sudden can you fix the pool when it has been broken for 3 + years? I immediately found a new reputable pool company and we have no leak!!! In the meantime there are a lot of problems with the pool equipment and the leak was not a leak. It was a fill valve only. This man was going to dig up my yard to find a leak that did not exist!!! Also, I have a saline pool and Rezcom was not putting saline in the pool!!! They were putting chlorine in it only, therefore the equipment that is used for saline pools has sat stagnant with water in it and has gone bad. . There were broken gaskets, broken handles, broken salt cell equipment, etc. Rezcom has no idea what they are doing. The new company had a leak detector come out immediately and determined there was no leak, just equipment damage from poor service!!! I want 3 years of service back at $350 per month. Total is $12,600.
