I would like to leave this complaint in reference to this business. This company usually have a person on All pickups picking up the trash . I received an email stating to make sure to have containers on curbside. There has Never been a lift to pick up our container. On January 16th cycle works did not pick up up my trash. (On the curbside as stated in their text) . I call , the gentleman stated there was a mustang blocking. I proceeded to say no it was the n front of the mustang. Thats when he proceed to say we could no get due to lift. Never has a lift been used in our neighborhood. Nor was it mentioned in the text. I proceeded to say when could they come pick up my trash he stated with an additional fee we can come tomorrow. I then stated there has always been a person. There was no kind of apology or trying to make it right. I have never been late paying and when I call this is the action I was given None!!! Please look at reviews before you spend your money.Text from Cyclework:(no mentioning of a lift truck)Cycle Works: Due to inclement weather this past ****************** your service for this week will be delayed one day. You will be serviced on Thursday 01/16.Cycle Works Reminder: Please place your containers curbside this evening for service tomorrow, Thursday 01/16.** Also cars and SUVs are always parked on our street with any issues before.

Ive had them for about 3-4 months. Recently had an issue with a payment going through, which was an issue with my debit card being locked. I did not know that the payment did not go through. The day of my Service they did not take it. I had to call to find out why also never received any receipts for transactions that didnt go through as they stated I would moving forward. It was my service day again. My trash was taken and the bin without my notice I called to see why have been taken and no one had any answers, I was told that I would have to wait until my next service day for a new trashcan and just figure out what to do with my trash until then would be a week later. I then asked if it was possible for me to get it earlier or be compensated for having no trashcan. They said no just keep my trash in my home. 1 starVery poor service! Service has been inconsistent at best but now received quarterly bill with large increase as recycling has TRIPLED! Called and was told they had made a billing error (apparently since I started service years ago) and that they had corrected. Asked why I was never contacted and just to,d I should have received a call. Apparently I did not. Asked what can be done and told that I could cancel! Wow! Not even offered to look at my acct or options. Deff does not care about their customers
