    I've contacted AWS twice about a scale warranty claim. They are not honoring their 10 year warranty. I say that because AWS is not responding back. The first time I contacted them was at the beginning of the ***** pandemic, and the second time was this month.

    We are working with the customer directly to refund his order.  The complaint was issued wrongfully as he did receive the proper help according to our business protocols as do the proper quality control we do test some but not all scales before shipping.  This scale was one of the products tested before shipping, works properly and is not used.

    Order #**** purchased on September 4, 2022. Paid $44.99 I received the order and noticed that the seal had already been cut and the thin plastic piece that stops battery drainage was removed. The scale the business sent appears to have been used. I used the form on their website the same day I received the scale, but did not hear back from them. I called their customer support number at different times and different days, but staff would not answer. I finally tapped the number for a different department and was able to reach *******. She apologized and gave me an email address to contact **************************************** I emailed that address, but did not hear back. I emailed again, their response was that someone must have opened the item at the company to make sure that it's fully functional before sending it. When I asked if it is a standard operating procedure at their company to open the box before sending items, I didn't hear back. I initially wanted a replacement of the item, however, after being ignored by their customer service, I'd like a full refund. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
