  Never came out to fix septic tank. previously payed him to fix the tank for leaking 2 weeks later SAME problem of leaking came back and called him to come check it out but never came. Called him and not another company because that was the company the previous owner worked with before I moved in and bought the home and he had fixed the same Issue the week before. I was told he would come out many times and no show. Keeps leaking

  The service provided to **************** were pumping of the septic tank and pumping of the drain field. The other services were cosmetic in nature and were requested by ****************. It included the moving of a power receptacle, relocation of an outdoor alarm and altering a riser so it would not be visible. All of the services that were provided were done to the highest standard and were approved by the before starting and accepted as complete and satisfactory by the customer once finished. Three is no warranty. On the pumping of the tank or the drain field. When I completed the work at ****************** had explained to her daughter who translated to her that there was a water leak in the home possibly a toilet. I expressed how important it was to get that fixed. Due to fact the water was constantly running it was causing the the drain field to become over saturated and ultimately causing the problems she was having. When *************** called me just 2 weeks later to say the drain field was leaking again. I asked if the water leak inside the home had been addressed and she stated it had not been. She asked me to come back out and take a look at the system and I explained to her that my truck was being repaired and I would be there as soon as I could. The next couple of days. She contacted me and I explained to her that my truck was still being repaired. She said she wanted a refund because the repair was under warranty. I then explained to her that the services performed were still operating as designed and that there are no warranties on pumping out of sewage because it's not a repair it's a maintenance item and water is constantly be added to the system. **************** then advised me she was reporting me to the *** and calling the cops . There is nothing I could have done for **************** that would have rectified the problem she was having because she did not address the cause of the issue which was the water leak inside the home. I did not continue any communication after *************** threatened legal action against me. With that being said, there were no repairs made toMs. ****** s system on that visit. Only cosmetic work she requested and the removal of waste from the tank and drain field.
