    They sent an unskilled driver to our home who was unable to back up our driveway without running into the ditch, twice! He then just floored it putting long scars on our concrete driveway. When they finally got into position to pump my tank, instead of performing the service, tried to coerce my wife into to signing a liability release for all damages. When she refused they would not do the job! When I called and spoke to a Manager, he offered me half off and now will not call me back. We are looking at near $3000 damage, and the rude office staff tell me that he can't return my call because he is "out of town." In 2024 who does not have a cell phone? They will not even provide me with the name of their insurance company! Every company gets a good review when they do a good job, the real measure of a company is how they handle their mistakes! Buyer Beware!

    Don't recommend this company. They installed our septic tank system at our new home and seventeen months later we noticed sewage pouring into our yard. Called them immediately and their response was they would have someone out in a week to take a look. After another phone call the next day, someone came to pump the septic tank(and boy did they ever s**** us on the price) but did not repair the leak. Needless to say no one ever called or showed. This company could have cared less!!!! And no, they did not repair the leak.
