    Back in February I hired Keystone to replace the siding on my house. Problems started the first day, they tore up areas that werent in the contract, broke a waterline that ruined my hard wood floors, unplugged my freezer full of food, not to mention all the issues with crew who were rude, left wood debris blocking my exits. Then wanted me to stay there till 8pm to wait for a manager to come by to see damage. My kids were starving and I couldnt wait. They insisted and I got very upset. I Insisted they leave now! Next day had a new with the owner who seemed apologetic at first then demanded that I pay him before he would fix my damaged floor! I refused. Things progressively got worse. I saw issues with installation. Code violations and other things. He and I went back and forth a few times with how we would like to proceed. Eventually, he basically refused to acknowledge her listen to any of the issues that I found so I hired a code inspector. The inspector found so many issues that he said the entire job needs to be redone. However, ****** had sent me a letter of termination before I could show him the report from the inspector. The original cost of the job was around $28,000 with the damaged floor and food and other things that were damaged in the process along with the lost revenue because that is a rental house Im looking at about $45,000 that Ive lost at this point. Its my only income as well. I have been unsuccessful at being able to get a response from the company.
