    I placed a mobile order at a Firehouse Subs at ******************************************************************* shortly after 9PM on 08/09/24. I ordered three large ************* Subs. One of the *************s had half the meat it typically has. The other two Hook and Ladders had no ham or lettuce and had mustard when it wasn't supposed to have mustard. When we arrived at 9:15ish the staff was already closing the store (posted closing at 10PM). Someone entered the store while we were waiting and they told them they were closed and had put food up. I have sent six emails to the the corporate email address. Each time the company replies back saying they apologize and have forwarded the complaint to the store. The store never replies, hence the extra five emails that have been sent. Corporate has offered ***** points in the app. It takes ***** points to get a small sandwich. It would take ****** points to get what I ordered--three large sandwiches.
