If I could give less than one star I would. ******** is very unprofessional and rude. They went to my sons house to fix a leaky pipe and charged $600 for 30 minutes of work. Then when questioned about the price of a 30 minute repair she started cussing at him and telling him how he was not a good man of the house. What kind of business is this?! I will be contacting the better business bureau and making sure no one I know uses this company. How do you speak so rudely to a 20 year old couple who just purchased their first house?! If you ask me she is nothing short of a bad business lady and a complete bitch!

Unbelievable. First and foremost please get the entire story straight become starting with defamation and slander . Summer ( the client) you the mother ? And your soon to be son in law ? Started the conversation with some F bomb . I educated him on how to respond and not react to a situation that he was not fully involved in . Summer called to get a quote on plumbing repair to a pipe in her Crawlspace. A 600 quote was given and she accepted the quote and scheduled for the plumber to come out on Friday at 2 pm . He is a master plumber and charged accordingly. There was no hidden charge nor a surprise charge . It was quoted and accepted . Work was completed satisfactory and when it came time for payment there was an issue ? The boyfriend called me several names and used some inappropriate adjectives . I corrected him and advise him on how to speak like a gentleman. Unfortunately some things can not learn or taught . The review is to rate a service . Not on how you choose to speak to an individual in a particular trashy fashion. Unacceptable and uncalled for …..name calling does not change the situation nor will it help .
