    Dear team of  BBB

    Good Evening

Regarding the claim made by the gentleman, I allow myself to inform you that the service in question that he requested through the ***** Ads application is related to a service that he requested regarding a lost keyfob of a ****** Rogue 2021. The client did not have any key available for turn it on, he had another one that did not correspond to his vehicle. He told me that someone stole his key from a small wallet that he showed me, I told him not to worry that that key would be deleted from the system since ****** in any case adds a key to the system or in case of loss, the system deletes all the keys as a security method, this can be corroborated by any locksmith or ****** dealer. We tried to come to an agreement on the final price which was $190 for a new keyfob with the emergency key cut off. When I try to program your vehicle I find that it comes with a new security system implemented by ****** that requires other tools and software to complete it that I do not have at the moment since it is a new update for that vehicle and which I was not familiar with. I tried for approximately an hour and a half doing other procedures to try to achieve the programming but it was impossible. I knocked on his door and explained to him truthfully that unfortunately I would not be able to complete his work since it is another method, but that another company could help him and perhaps it would cost him $300 - $350. I told him that someone would contact him in the morning and I said goodbye and apologized for not getting the job done, but I never charged him money for the call service or anything extra for the time there.

The client contacted me again the next day saying that he had found his stolen key and that it was not stolen but lost in his house, but the car no longer started with that key. I told him that because he had entered the car's system, for security reasons he had deleted the key as I explained so that no one could steal it from his property and it was a service that I did for free in some way since I did it to safeguard the security of his vehicle, he said the key is stolen but not lost. I explained to him that in the same way he had to reprogram the key he found since the system deleted it and he told me that I had to pay those costs, after I kindly deleted it for his safety and with his consent from the beginning. .
He says that I damaged his vehicle and is asking for compensation of $5,000 for something that is not even close to the real value of a reprogramming.
I also attach the review I received from the client on ****** in which he derogatorily calls me 'foolish mexi', doing a discriminatory act towards a race and which constitutes a clear crime in this country, and in which he accuses me of having stolen things inside his vehicle, something that he never told me on the phone or in any written conversation of which I have evidence and he calls me a criminal without any competent authority having established it in the past or present.
I also record and do this as proof of a future lawsuit if it is admitted that this man in front of me slapped a child on the head who could be his son, approximately 4 or 5 years old, with excessive force, causing the minor to cry. , just because the child accidentally disconnected the cable from the electric garage door sensor and this man hit him and yelled at him, what I did was tell him to calm down that I would fix it for him with the intention that that man I won't continue scolding this child, so I fixed the cable again and made his door work again, something that didn't cost him money and I did it so he wouldn't mistreat his son.

To summarize this claim, this is an absolute NO to reach a conciliation with a person of this type in which he accuses me of stealing belongings from a car, discriminated against me because of my race and where he violently abuses a minor, and I hope that This goes to the extent that it has to go so that people like these do not have the cleverness to ask for $5,000 in damages after denigrating and abusing the good name of others and even more so of their own son.
