      ******* location: My senior is required to use **** for high school yearbook photos. I paid $125 fee up front and booked her a session to include cap and gown and 5 additional photo scenes. We were given a 2 hour timeframe. When we arrived, I specifically asked if we would be able to view the photos today and was told yes. It was crowded and seemed to be overbooked. It ultimately took us 4 hours. We waited 45 minutes for one scene shoot. On the first few shoots, the photographer connected the camera to the screen, allowing us to view the photos. On the last few scenes, the photographer did not, so we were unable to view any of the photographs. After 4 hours, we were then told we could not view any of the photos and we were given a pricing pamphlet. The prices were outrageous, with the smallest package costing over $300 for a single pose. When I commented on the prices, the employee suggested an app for a payment plan. There is no way to view the photos until after the reveal which has to be done in person or via zoom, and could not be the date the photos were taken. I regret putting my daughter through the ordeal just to learn that the prices are unaffordable and the photos are not readily viewable. A better solution would to be allow me to see the photos through our login portal and order from there at a more reasonable price.
