    I purchased a pair of boots from this company, they are saying my return was issued August 8th 2023. It never posted toy bank account so obviously they didn't refund my money. I want the money returned or the boots back Scam artists

    The original refund was processed on 8/18/2023. The refund was rejected by the system due to an error. Once we discovered the error, the refund was processed again on 9/7/2023. The refund receipts are attached.

    I reached out to this company with regards to item 150B ****************** Blankets.Our business purchases many items from Uline and noticed that a similar Refrigiwear insulated blanket was sold by them.I contacted Refrigiwear to ask them if in fact it is the same identical product. The reason being, the Refrigiwear online description of this product, differs greatly from *****'s description.I ended up speaking with *********************** at Refrigiwear and he assured me that the product is in fact the same.I then asked him (via email) specific questions about the conflicting descriptions and he did not provide me with those answers, only an email back stating "It is all the same product".To me, it is not fair that their description is innaccurate.This is what we'd like to know:Are these insulated standard blankets made with a POLYESTER outer shell or a NYLON outer shell?Your site says NYLON. *****'s site says POLYESTER. There's a huge difference between both of these materials in terms of performance.What is the weight of these blankets?Also, how much (volume) fill is in these blankets? We'd like this info for ******** size.And also, ***** claims plus/minus 1 degree per hour for BOTH the insulated blanket and the pallet covers.I asked ***** if the blanket would insulate as well as the pallet cover, and he said no. ***** says otherwise. Also, the plus/minus 1 degree is NOWHERE to be found on Refirgiwear's website.This is completely deceptive and false advertising.
