The initial job was on time and the crew was good. When touch *** on the coatings needed to be taken care of before warranty ran out, there was one situation after another. So, I took the contractor at there word, after many text and phone calls a year later one of the owners came out and agreed with the deficiencies found and he stated a crew would be out and take care of the coating and caulk as well as some wood that was soft at a repair spot. This was last year and no return phone calls have been placed to us concerning the repair time or date. I have made a few calls and still no response. Next step to be determined.

    Hi ******,
In response to BBB Case # ********.  Rockfield.
The customer had boring beetles in their wood. We bought a special pesticide and treated the area.
We are not pest control people but wanted to try to treat the problem for the customer.
From what I understand now they have returned and the customers have had a hard time reaching *******.
The beetles are not covered by the Turtle Coat Warranty. We can come and fix a bee hole that seems to be under the gutter.
And any other issues that they have at this time.
I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions.
    Thanks,
    ***********************
