    Date of Transaction: 17 - 23 Nov 2023. The amount of money I paid the business: $1,450.What the business committed to provide me: Another Problem Solved provided wildlife trapping and exclusion, and disinfectant service to me in Nov 2023. Wildlife trapping and exclusion services will covered under warranty for the period of 2 years from date of contract with no additional cost. Animals covered under the warranty include rodents, bats, moles, snakes, racoons, armadillos, skunks, opossums, etc. What the nature of the dispute is: Another Problem Solved failed to uphold their warranty. I have been trying to get in touch with them for more than one month since 04 December 2025. No response so far.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: No. If the issue involves advertising, when and where the ad was seen or heard: Not involved advertising.

    (Honestly) Due to medical issues and lack of focus, I failed to answer to Mrs. *** in a faster response time. We did reach out to Mrs. *** and schedule our arrival. During inspection of attic no recent rodent activity was found. We set out some rodent traps to monitor for current rodent activity and retuned to several scheduled appointments to find no rodent activity. Officially.... Another Problem Solved the first time! No excuses on the late response and we do apologize. We wish Mrs. *** the best and she is still under warranty if she feels she needs another visit.
