***************************, placed an *** inside my business 03/18/2021 with a signed contract between both parties. *************************** came into my business and removed the *** my business during business hours in August 2022 (?). Her business did NOT contact me in advance per the signed contract. As her brother was removing the *** , laying in the floor. Customers and Vendors alike had to stop and step over them with one Vendor tripping over them. They did not clean up their mess they made and the removal of the *** left four large holes in the floor.

    Date: 09/19/2022

We were not able to clean up our mess as *********** was yelling the whole time we were there that she was calling the cops because she was mad we were removing the **** She screamed at me to leave her business as we were removing the atm. I had told her for months that I was going to remove the *** as it was only doing 10 or less transactions a month. I tried my best to work with her and waited well over a year hoping the transactions would pick up enough to keep the *** there, it did not, it was costing me to leave it there as long as I did.

I am rejecting this response because:
The honest truth is she is stating a lie. There is no truth in her statement.
She was telling her brother to hurry up because they had to be at a ****** shop in ***********, ** by 1320.
SHE NEVER CALLED ME TO INFORM ME THAT SHE WOULD BE REMOVING THE *** ON A BUSINESS DAY DURING BUSINESS HOURS AS THE CONTRACT STATES.
They just appeared on a Saturday about **** and proceeded to lay in customers and vendors walkway. They did not have the proper tools with them and had to go somewhere to retrieve what they needed.
She plopped down in a chair in business walkway and would not move. She could have easily waited outside the business, instead she wanted to make a scene during business hours. She violated the contract.

1-Not providing 30 day written notice of removal of machine.

2-Appearing during business hour and day. The machine was not put in my business during business day or hour.

3-She violated her business license. If you will check her business license on the ******* government site.

    Sincerely,

This is a disgruntled customer who is mad that I removed the *** at her business. She stated that I did not inform her that I would be removing the ***. I did inform her although I did not tell her the day and time as I was aware of her anger and was afraid she would do something to the machine in her anger. I'm sending a picture of my contract which states I can remove at any time I feel the machine is not making profit for my company. I do not have to give her notice as this is to protect my ***s from disgruntled customers that are angry at the loss of the *** at their business. I have provided a picture of the national link monthly report for May 2022 for the ********* Shops location it shows a total of six transactions for that month for a total of $24 profit. After Wi-Fi cost processor fees gas and other expenses this machine incurs a loss for that month. That is why the machine was removed my company was losing money having an *** at this location. Her number two complaint is that we appeared during business hours and day. And that the machine was not put in during business day or hour, so she is saying the machine was removed during business hours but not installed during business hours I do not understand her complaint here also my contract does not state that the *** has to be installed or uninstalled during hours or after hours. Her number three complaint state that I violated my business license but does not State how. I do understand she is angry as every business would like to have an *** for their customers. I suggested at the time I informed her I would be removing the *** that she find another company to install an *** for her or to buy an *** on her own. She should understand that I cannot continue to lose money by keeping the *** in her business as she would not allow her business to lose money by keeping a customer that makes her business lose money. There is nothing else I can do for her as I have said before I left the *** there for over a year at my loss,  she should appreciate this but instead turns me into business Better Business bureau. She is just an angry person trying to ruin my business by making these complaints against me and calling me a liar and nothing I have said has been a lie as I have proven in this statement.

    Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:

The truth is I am not mad, disgruntled.

****************, dba ATMs of Atlanta, LLC, broke the contract I have by her unprofessional, unethical, fraudulent business tactics she performed during my business hours.

ATMs of Atlanta /****************  never paid me one cent ( nothing) for my business having their machine in my business.

My business provided **************** and ATMs of Atlanta advertising of their business, consumer use of their machine, electricity for their machine, floor space of their machine for over eighteen months. She knew where she was putting her machine.

Witnesses that listened to Ms. ******* pitch to get machine in my business will testify of her willingness to pay for all the above.

    Its a for profit business.

I provided a copy of the contract to BBB.

also ATMs of Atlanta,LLC ******** page and her promises, etc.

    Sincerely,
