    If I could leave zero stars, I would I turned in my laptop, and told them Dont have the money right the second but if you can fix it for me as soon as I get the money, I will get it back well they fixed it and I called to see if my laptop was done and they said yes and Im like OK well I dont have the money right now but as soon as I can get the money, just hold onto it until I can get the money Nothing was ever mentioned to me about getting rid of it selling it anything like that its not a pawnshop its a place where you get things fixed OK so I called them today. It was in there for maybe a year and I know thats a long time for something too be in storage and take up space but its a MacBook. It really doesnt take up that much space so I contacted them today on February 12, **** and talked to ***** and asked if my laptop is still there. I have the money Im ready to pick it up. Can I come and pick it up today and he said no weve already recycled it it was in here for an excessive amount of time. There was no attempt from anybody at this business to tell me that were planning on recycling this on such such date. If you cant make it in here to come and pick this up, there was zero communication from them. I was always the one to have to call and see whats going on with my laptop and if its still there the last time that I talk to them was in December and they said that they still had it .
