One root canal and crown cost $3,894.00. I noticed two suspicious things. My X-rays showed that I did not need a root canal, but they performed one anyway. This happened to multiple patients. I have two forms of dental insurance and paid all fees upfront. I paid about $1500 for a root canal and crown. However, on my next visit they wanted me to pay an additional $450 because my insurance was taking too long to pay. They were certain my insurance would pay but wanted me to pay the additional fee as well. Seems unethical to quote patients one price, require use to pay upfront before the service, then try to charge additional fees for a service you already paid for. Lastly, my crown was poorly fitted, and it has a rough surface like a temporary crown. Because of the fit, my tooth bleeds, causes pain, and food gets stuck in the space. I went back and they will fix it for free. However, I don't feel comfortable getting the service from the same dentist that did a poor job. He could easily see the crown was a bad fit when I went back to complain, which shows he knew that it was a poor fit before I left the 1st time. The dentist also offered to charge me to fix another tooth to help with the spacing. So, he wanted to see if he could get more money for another service instead of just focusing on the tooth, he did a poor job with. Now I am out of the money I paid for the service, and I have to find another dentist to fix my tooth. This location seems a little money hungry. On a lighter note, front desk staff was very polite. And the dental hygienist also had great customer service. ************************************* performed my root canal.

Delta Dental is charging a ***** fee for missed appointment; however, I was in the offices for 2nd appointment on 8/23/23, my earlier appointment I requested copies of their policy and was told I would receive via email, which I never received. When I came back for my 2nd appointment, they were not friendly and I was uncomfortable, therefore I told the receptionist that I do not want to be here and left the office. Now I am receiving a bill for no show. After how I was treated, I did not want anyone servicing me. They are charging me this fee out of spite and to continue to be mean and mistreat me.

The office does charge a $40 for appointments cancelled within 24 hours. As a courtesy, the fee has been waived.
