    RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE(***** *********************. POOR INSTALL DESIGN. POOR PROGRAMING TECHNICIANS. LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

    ******* is not a customer of mine. He is having a new home built and is using a builder that is our customer. He tried to schedule us to come out and I simply told him he had to go through his builder. This is a home that we already went to 3 seperate times to do work and it was not ready. The last time we were there and the last communication we had their still isnt gas in the tank and we cant finish. we only allow 2 trips in doing the home we have about 7 now and iys still not ready. This has all been relayed to our customer which is not ***********.

    Caveat emptor regarding Cochran Complete Services. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They installed a supposedly, but debatable, brand new HVAC unit and in less than a year a major component went bad. They replaced the first time but it went bad yet again within the warranty period along with the transformer. The parts are clearly under warranty by contract but *****, the owner, decided to mark up the labor literally more than 7X the cost of other licensed professionals in the area. I'm doing my good deed by for-warning others about this company. Cochran is eager to get your money but when it comes time for it to honor its part of the bargain and clear contractual obligations in good faith good luck. I'm not sure where the company is procuring its HVAC units; but it's either being hoodwinked by its source of product or hoodwinking customers directly. The owner actually hung up the phone on my partner and me and seemed emotionally unstable when we pointed out the extremely high markup on labor he was trying to charge for the installation of parts that are well within the warranty on a unit that's at best a lemon (or even worse refurbished even though I was certainly charged for a new HVAC system). The office staff too were rather unfortunate from a customer service perspective. Again night and day experience when compared to when they were attempting to earn my business at the outset. If you're considering this company for any work you'd be well advised to proceed with great caution if at all.

    This company really needs to be ashamed of themselves. I purchased a unit from them and the unit went out on yesterday I called them and first I was told they no longer service my area so I asked well what about this supposedly brand new unit I have that you all installed. I was told a Manager would contact me after a meeting they were in so I gave them a couple hours with no return phone call so I called back and then ***** stated oh they are still in the meeting so at this point it was about 6:15pm and they close ay 7pm so she said well call back by 6:50pm to let me know if they had returned my call so again no return phone call so I called back at 6:50pm and then I was told that they had left and that she was going to call him she put me on hold and came back to the phone and said she had spoken to the manager and he said I didn't have a warranty so that's when I asked so your telling me I spent thousands of dollars for a unit not even a full year ago and I don't have a warranty then the story changed to well you have to pay for labor I said oh ok no problem then she said well the next time we have available is 6 weeks away and that's when I lost all composure. So I had to pay another company to fix my unit because they are absolutely ridiculous and wanted me to wait till winter to get my unit fixed very poor service they get your money and then tell you they don't service your area be very careful with this company if you want someone who keeps to their word.

    The system was installed on 3/1/2022. Our standard warranty is 1 year per the contract and unlike what is claimed it has been well over a year. Since the time we originally installed the system we have had to reduce our service area due to staffing issues. We do have a maintenance tech that on rotation service this area but just not at the time of her call. This home is 75 miles and 2 hours from our office we just do not have anyone that can come out on short notice. I apologize for any inconvenience.
