This company does not walk in integrity. Will never do business with them again. Building commercial property, quote but did not do work as promised.

***************** *******, this is the second job Im doing for you at the same property! I quoted you $1000 to clean up the debris someone else dumped on your property, also to bring my mulching head on the skid steer to cut down all the weed and over growth on your 3 acres as a curtesy because you are building a church and I feel bad ppl keep dumping debris on your vacant property! I usually charge $2500/day with the Forestry mulcher! Futher more you have a trailer that homeless people keep moving into, I told you $600 to demolish it so nobody can live in it! You agreed! So now we are looking at a total of $1600!!! I gave you a breakdown on concrete barriers to keep ppl out so they cant dump! Even though I never got a chance to deliver the concrete blocks! This is the breakdown you approved which is in writing, unfortunately I cant upload it on this site:Hi we can clean everything up and cut down all the weed and growth for $1000 The barricades r $65/each I'll say we need probably 20 The delivery cost is $650/10 Let me know we'll clean and cut this weekend ! Thats 100% what you agreed to! On top of that we have the $600 for the trailer! I invoiced you $1600, meaning never for the barricades! The barricades alone are $2600 according to the approved Qoute! Total of $4200 We invoiced you $1600 when we were done with the cleanup! Never delivered the barricades and never charged you for them! You called me yesterday and told me you are going with a different fencing solution, and asked me to credit you back for the barricades! I responded back we cant because its never been paid or invoiced! Today I tried reaching out again, but you didnt want to hear anything I was saying and hung up the phone!
