      I provided a motorhome to be used and rented out by Ultimate Tailgating. It was damaged during the rental. The owner said the insurance policy would cover the damages but has yet to approve any insurance claim or policy to get the repairs taken care of. These damages occurred in August 2024. Since November, the owner has completely stopped responding to any texts or calls from me. He blocked my phone number completely until recently. Responded to a few texts and then stopped again. To this date no repairs or attempts have been made on the part of Ultimate Tailgating or the owner, ******* ******. I have attached a detailed repair invoice of all damages occurred by General RV. This is the shop in which I wish to have the insurance claim and repairs taken care of. General RV and they representatives have also been trying to communicate with ******* ****** of Ultimate Tailgating with no response.

      I rented an RV from this company in June but received a cheaper RV from the one that I ordered and paid for, and I requested a partial refund to make up for the substantial difference between the two. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, the company appears to have ghosted me and refuses to even respond to my requests.I booked a Thor Challenger 37DS through Good ***, with multiple add-ons, which came out to a total of $4,785.31. Instead, I received a Nexus Rebel 35R Bunkhouse, with no add-ons, which only cost $3,153.60.That comes out to a difference of $1,631.71.I have attached both receipts for your reference.I first contacted Good ***, who said they already paid Ultimate Tailgating so I would need to receive the refund directly from your company. Then I contacted an employee named *****************************, who I worked with on this rental, but he told me that he no longer works for your company so he forwarded my request to the owner, ***************************. When I called the company, they also said they would pass along the request to ***************************, but then I never heard back.
