    Filing a complaint with the ************************** with the City of Dallas several months ago in regards to a mainline pipe busting underneath my home , due to the winter storm. Months later still no adjustment to my account with the City of Dallas. I have spoken to several departments and individuals at the City of Dallas to get this rectified. Even requested for inspectors to come out to inspect for leaks. And still no adjustment. unacceptable! I paid a contractor to come out to fix the main piping line underneath my home. And they never took in consideration the addition monies I spent out of pocket. I started to receive high bills from the city of Dallas water department back in Feb. I went online to completed all forms and documents that was requested by the leak adjustment department. months later still know adjustments! Please know that I've been living at this address for over 21 years. And have never had this to happen. My bills have always been on the average not at the extreme of these high bills that I have received lately. And for the investigation to have gone on for six months and to be told that this was normal compensation reflecting my average usage per month. This is unacceptable! I reached out to the supervisor of the City of Dallas(*************************) And still no response from him. All I'm requesting is for something to be done about the previous balance of $654 this is absolutely ridiculous. It is very clearly after reviewing five years of my water utility bills This is not the norm. Hoping to get something resolved immediately. Please find bill attached.
