      Have been attempting to collect my $300.00 security deposit back from Autumn Ridge . Moved out of Autumn Ridge Apts. on 7/30/23 after prior two month notice from being a tenant for ten plus years. No past issues or problems . Have talk to manager several times, email company several times, have called home office dozen times , left messages , with no return correspondence or attempts to contact me back . All I want is my deposit back don’t understand why they are totally ignoring my rightful and legal request .

      Yes, Ms. ****** is correct about complaint.(Exception is I have talked to here a number of times and I told her that I would continue to work on it)  Payments come through the main office. I have no control over that.

      One check was sent out, but she didn't receive it. I'm trying to get another sent out. **** is one of my favorite resident. So she will get her money.

      I did not receive any check from autumn ridge or the home office. Where do I need to send the rejection response as I tried to on the BBB complaint website, I know the manager stated I would get my money but it definitely has not arrived and there is no record through the Postal Service one has ever been mailed, please help me where and how to send the rejection response

      Ms. ****** is due a refund for her security deposit.  The deposit check was cut several times but mailed to the last known address which was her apartment and apparently it was never forwarded.  As of today, 3/6/2024, I have spoken with Ms. ****** and confirmed her mailing address.  We have cut a check for her deposit and it has been sent by ***** to the address that was given to me by Ms. ******.  I personally called Ms. ****** and gave her the tracking number for the check that is being sent and asked her to reach out to me if she has not received the check by Friday afternoon, 3/8/2024, so that I can follow up and see where the ***** package is at that time.  We do apologize for the delay on this refund and all the miscommunication as that is not our normal standard.  I also explained that this complaint was not sent to me directly as is our standard operating procedure otherwise I would have been involved much earlier and handled this at the time of the original complaint.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation in getting this resolved.
