    BEWARE!!!!!I called the company and explained to them i was a DIY, and needed there guidance. I emailed “Logan” the dimensions of the area I wanted to cover with the turf. I trusted that my order that was created by Logan would be perfect since he was the expert. I paid in full for the order was placed. A few days passed and the logistics company that they hired to deliver the turf called me to verify the delivery address. I was shocked when they were given the wrong address I corrected the delivery address and logistics delivered the turf. A few days later I started my DIY project and realized i had 4 times to much turf. I contacted “Logan” at Turf Factory to question why i had so much turf since i had given him my dimensions in an email. He said i should donate the xtra to a daycare or a school and use for tax deductions. I said i want to return all the xtra turf and i was told “NO RETURNS” on my order because i had cut some off the roll. I don’t understand why I'm being punished since i had emailed the dimensions I needed. WARNING!!!!!
