Absolutely love it. Has eliminated annoying weeds and makes it safe and clean to run around our above ground pool. The company delivered on their promises, and were able to get it shipped to a very rural area in the Colorado mountains.Turf Kingz

I found Turf Kingz ridiculous to work with. They made verbal promises about when the turf would be available for pick up but then the product didn't arrive at the depo and they didn't let me know what was going on. I actually thought I had been scammed out of $2k. They tried to take back their delivery date and made several excuses instead of just saying they made multiple mistakes on their end. Turf Kingz is not a new company so the problems on their end were just a cascade of problems and they tried to pass it onto me. In the state of Oregon, verbal contracts are legally binding and after reminding Turf Kingz of this, I felt I had more leverage to be compensated for agreeing to change the terms of my purchase. The company owner was shocked I knew this fact. In the end they ended up refunding several hundred dollars and I had to rework all my plans that I had arranged for a product that didn't arrive on time. I would think twice about using them again, and likely wouldn't. Communication from them letting me know what was going on would have made a world of difference but they don't communicate with their customers.Turf Kingz
