    The rug is very thin and very bad quality. They don't pay for the return and the return is expensive. There is no good way to return their products. Nobody answer the phone when calling them. Consumer be aware this company is a rip off.

    I purchased a rug online from Rugs2Go on 3/31/2024. The rug was sent promptly. It was undersized. I returned it immediately 4/2 via UPS. UPS informed me that it was received on 4/8. I have not received a refund and all attempts to reach the company by phone are not answered.
