      Looking for a refund for the value pack. In the past two weeks two of the packs would go cold after seven hours and it has happened twice. I would be stuck with one warm. Please refund my purchase amount. The pack that goes cold has funny strips from the normal one. I show two sets and the photo of one set turned over to show the discolor at the seam and the strips on top.

      Kobayashi Consumer Products, LLC received Ms. ****** ******’s complaint on January 31, 2023, via email through the BBB Portal. According to our records, this notification is the first we have heard of her having an issue with our HotHands hand warmers.  

      Our Company takes consumer feedback very seriously and has a toll-free number of 1-800-432-8629, located on the back of our packaging, where our customers are free to contact us regarding any feedback or problems they may have with our products. We also have a dedicated team assigned to service this phone line and help consumers resolve any issues they may experience with our Company, whether it be related to a product or service.

      As there is additional information we would like to obtain, to help improve our product quality and assist our Quality Control department with their investigation into the product issue. Based on the limited information provided, we do not know if the product was even within the validity date or the usage details to confirm proper use. This information is important to understand if there is truly a product malfunction or perhaps a user error.

      As an effort in good faith, we will attempt to contact Ms. ****** directly, to try and obtain the necessary information from her about her product issues and work with her to her satisfaction.
