      Owner was very rude and hung up on me after asking if my brothers belongings were still in his room. He has been in twh hospital and was waiting release to go pay for another weeks stay at the lodge. They would not allow my husband to pay using my brother's card and refuse to tell me if the belongings are still in his room if they're in the trash or if they kept them. The items were a TV clothes and his medication. Ager simply trying to see if we can pick up his things if need be or when he could come today to pay she only said ok to everything no amswer to any questions about his belongings and then hung up on me and apparently blocked my number. She was extremely unprofessional and if his belongings were kept there needs to be compensated for them. We have been in contact about paying for the room for three days now and still nothing has been resolved only hung up on me

      Good afternoon.

      After following up on this, it appears that the customer's brother is still a guest at the lodge and has remained checked in at the lodge since the time of this complaint. He is in possession of all of his belongings. His belongings remained in the room during his stay in the hospital and no items were removed while he was not in the room.
