      The RV that Mr **** bought did have a roof inspection and had been sitting on our lot uncovered and it had no leaks over the last 2 months.
      However, if a customer has an issue we will always look at the issue and fix it for the customer.  Mr **** contacted a salesman first. Throughout the conversation with the salesman Mr **** was cussing and very angry.   Even though our owners have always told us to never let someone talk to us in that manner, the salesman stayed calm and got Mr **** to call the service department, which is run by one of our owners.  
      When Mr **** called our service department our owner told him to bring it back to us and we would be glad to fix any issues he has.  Mr **** refuses to bring the unit back to us to let us remedy his issues.  Once Mr **** started cussing at our owner and would no longer listen to anything he was saying he hung up on him.  We will always talk to customers and try to work through any issues but we cannot take a look at the problem for Mr **** if he will not bring the unit back to us to inspect.  
      We would still be happy to set up a time for Mr **** to come by with his RV so we can do an inspection and remedy any issues he has.
